Translation Flow

Step 1: Assignment
The project manager will allocate the task to the most suitable translator according to content, industry, type of the task.
Step 2: Translation
The translator will try his/her best to accomplish the task, and spend at least one time to check it.
Step 3: Proofreading
We have certified specialist to check the finished work to optimize the quality.
Step 4: Desktop Publishing
We will make the format or DTP work according to client? requirement.
Step 5: Completion & Delivery
The finished work will be delivered to client

Transaction flow

Step 1: Inquiry
Email your document via info@smartlan.cn, and specify your requirement.
Step 2: Trial translation and Quote
We will reply you within 2 hours, we will offer a quotation if we accept the task, and we will give the reasons if we don? accept it.
Step 3: Pay deposit
Prepay 50% of the payment after we sign translation agreement.
Step 4: Pay the balance upon checking some finished works
We will extract part of the finished work for your checking, then you pay the balance.
Step 5: Delivery
We will deliver the finished work immediately after receiving the balance.
