We understand and agree that all confidential or proprietary information which the clients discloses, delivers or otherwise makes available to us regarding the business, is the valuable business property of the client.

We agree not to use any confidential information disclosed to us by the customer for its own use of for any purpose other than to carry out duties concerning, and the undertaking of the Relationship. We will not disclose any confidential information of the customer to parties outside the Relationship or to our employees other than employees or agents under appropriate burden of confidentiality and who are required to have the information in order to carry out the duties regarding the relationship. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure or use of confidential information of the customer in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or the possession of persons other than those persons authorized under prior agreement to have any such information. Such measures shall include the highest degree of care that the receiving party utilizes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. We agrees to notify the customer in writing of any misuse or misappropriation of confidential information of the disclosing party, which may come to the receiving party? attention.

Any materials or documents that have been furnished by the customer to us in connection with the business will be promptly returned, accompanied by all copies of such documentation or certification of destruction, within required days after the task has been accomplished or the written request of the customer.
